Heating Super Tune-up

Professional Cleaning, and Safety Inspection Trained service technicians perform a 60-90 minutes super tune-up and professional cleaning, including the following operations

  • Carbon Monoxide- test air flow duct system for carbon monoxide
  • Thermostat- test for proper operation, calibrate, and level
  • Inspect for combustible material around furnace
  • Ignition System- test for safe and proper operation
  • Exhaust System- test for proper venting
  • Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
  • Safety and Control Circuits- test for proper operation
  • Inspect and adjust fan belt tension (if applicable)
  • Lubricate and clean blower motor air vents
  • Furnace Burner- clean and inspect
  • Heat Exchangers- clean and inspect

  •  Blower Motor- measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
  • Thermostat- test for proper operation, calibrate, and level
  • inspect indoor coil if accessible
  • Refrigerate- monitor operating pressures
  • Wash Condenser Coil
  • Safety Devices- inspect for proper operation
  • Electrical Disconnect Box- inspect for proper rating and safe installation
  • Electrical Wiring- inspect and tighten connections
  • Test/inspect contactors for burned, pitted contacts
  • Inspect electrical for exposed wiring
